After witnessing how emotional, relational, and spiritual wounds ripple through individuals, families, and entire communities, I felt compelled to respond.
What began as a deep concern for those carrying unseen pain has grown into a body of work devoted to healing at the intersection of identity, dignity, and human experience. As an educator, practitioner, and doctoral researcher in trauma-informed leadership, my work centers on creating environments where healing can unfold with wisdom, compassion, and care.
Through Restoration Resources, I develop programs, experiences, and training that equip individuals and communities to better understand trauma, rebuild identity, and cultivate spaces that are safe, grounded, and life-giving.
Healing is sacred work. And it doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in environments where people feel seen, safe, and supported. My hope is to help build those environments within individuals, communities, and the systems that shape our lives.
