Adrienne Binder is an experienced educator, creative practitioner, and doctoral researcher devoted to helping young people grow in confidence, identity, and self-expression.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration, is a certified teacher and principal, and is currently completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), where her research focuses on trauma-informed leadership and how environments support meaningful growth and restoration.
With years of experience working with students, Adrienne brings both structure and care to every experience she leads. She is intentional about creating spaces where teens feel safe, respected, and encouraged to take creative risks—without pressure or perfection.
As the founder of Restoration Studio, she has designed a calm, thoughtfully curated environment where creativity becomes a tool for reflection, confidence-building, and personal growth.
Through The Forge, Adrienne combines her background in education with her work in creative practice to offer something unique:
