Whether you are a person in the middle of healing, a leader trying to build a safer culture, or an organization that needs a framework, there is a way to work directly with me. Not therapy. Not a course. A real conversation with someone who has spent years at the intersection of trauma, faith, and organizational systems.
Discovery calls are always free. No pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation.
I am a doctoral-level researcher, educator, and practitioner who has spent years studying trauma, faith systems, organizational harm, and the pathways toward restoration. I am not a licensed therapist and I will never present myself as one.
What I offer is something different, a rare combination of academic rigor, lived experience, and deep theological fluency that allows me to sit with people and organizations in the places most practitioners cannot quite reach.
Think of a consultation with me as an expert conversation that orients you, names what you are carrying, and points you toward the right next steps, whether that is a therapist, a framework, a structural change, or simply a clearer sense of what you are dealing with.
Whether you are an individual navigating your own journey or a leader responsible for the wellbeing of others, there is a consultation built for where you are.
A guided consultation for individuals navigating trauma, abuse, grief, loss, divorce, spiritual harm, or major life transitions. Together, we will make sense of your experience, identify unhealthy patterns or dynamics, clarify where you are in the healing process, and determine practical next steps, resources, and support for your journey forward.
A strategic consultation grounded in the Restorative Systems Framework, for pastors, organizational leaders, HR teams, and ministry directors who need outside expert perspective on culture, harm, safety, and systemic change. Comes with a written summary of findings and recommended next steps.
Before any paid consultation, we talk for 20 minutes. You tell me what you are navigating and I tell you honestly whether working together makes sense, and if it does, which offering fits. If there is a better resource or person for your situation, I will tell you that too. The discovery call is not a pitch. It is a conversation between two people figuring out if there is a fit.

"Healing is sacred work. And it does not happen in isolation, it happens in environments where people feel seen, safe, and supported."
After witnessing how emotional, relational, and spiritual wounds ripple through individuals, families, and entire communities, I felt compelled to respond. What began as a deep concern for people carrying unseen pain has grown into a body of work devoted to healing at the intersection of identity, dignity, and human experience.
My doctoral work centers on trauma-informed leadership and organizational systems, the research that underlies the Restorative Systems Framework and shapes everything I do. I also carry years of direct experience working with individuals navigating spiritual harm, faith deconstruction, grief, and the slow work of rebuilding.
I am not a licensed therapist. What I am is a specialist who can speak to the clinical, the theological, and the organizational in the same room, and who has spent years learning how those three dimensions intersect in the lives of real people and real communities.
Every consultation follows the same four steps. You will always know what to expect and what comes next.
Send a short inquiry telling me what you are navigating in a sentence or two. I will reach out to schedule your free 20-minute call, and I will come prepared.
On the call we talk through your situation and I tell you honestly which offering fits, or whether a different resource or person is better for what you need.
We meet for your chosen session. A real working conversation, focused, unhurried, and pointed toward what you actually need.
Within 48 hours you receive a brief written summary of what we covered, key insights, and recommended next steps, something you can return to.
No. I am not a licensed therapist and this is not a therapeutic relationship. A consultation with me is an expert conversation, grounded in doctoral-level research and years of practice, that helps you understand your situation, orient yourself, and identify the right next steps. If therapy is what you need, I will tell you that and help you find someone safe.
People navigating spiritual abuse or religious trauma. People deconstructing faith and trying to figure out what to keep. People who have been hurt by a church or religious leader. Individuals in a hard season of grief, loss, or identity rebuilding. People who have been in therapy but need someone who can speak both the clinical and the spiritual language at the same time.
We work through your organization's specific situation using the lens of the Restorative Systems Framework. I ask questions, reflect back what I hear, name patterns and dynamics that may be invisible from the inside, and give you a clear written summary with prioritized recommendations. The goal is clarity and a path forward, not more information to process.
Within 48 hours of our consultation I send you a written document summarizing what we covered, the key insights from our conversation, and specific recommended next steps. For organizational consultations, this includes prioritized action items. It is something you can share with a team, bring to a board meeting, or return to when you need to remember what you decided.
Absolutely. The three-session package is best for people who are not in acute crisis but who want sustained support while navigating something significant, a faith transition, a career change, a relationship reckoning, a season of rebuilding. Three sessions across six weeks gives you continuity without the pace of weekly therapy.
Request a discovery call and tell me. I keep a small number of sliding-scale spots available for people who genuinely cannot access the full fee. I would rather work with someone at a reduced rate than have cost be the reason someone does not get the support they need. The Restoration Library is also free and includes a curated directory of therapists and resources at a range of price points.
The monthly retainer includes one 90-minute session per month and reasonable email access for questions between sessions. It does not include unlimited consulting time. It is designed for organizations doing sustained work, particularly those moving toward Sanctuary Certification or RSF implementation, who need ongoing advisory support rather than one-off sessions.
Twenty minutes. Free. No commitment. You tell me what you are navigating and we figure out together what comes next. That is all the first step requires.
