Information we collect

Information you give us. When you buy a ticket, book a private event, fill out a form, join our email list, sign up for a course, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the date and type of event you are planning, your group size, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Purchases. Tickets and bookings are sold through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite and Momence, and deposits may be paid through our booking system. Those companies process your payment. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or ticket pages, we and our partners may collect basic information about your device and visit, such as your browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand which ads and pages are working.

Information from ad forms. If you fill out a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares the answers you submit with us so we can reply to you.

How we use your information

• To process tickets, bookings, deposits, and agreements
• To reply to your questions and plan your event
• To send confirmations, reminders, and updates about events you booked
• To send news about studio seasons, events, and offers, if you have signed up or agreed to receive them
• To measure and improve our website, ads, and programs

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, booking, or our events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our ticketing platforms, our customer relationship and email system, our payment processors, and our website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• With advertising platforms such as Meta, in limited ways, to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our guests, our team, or others.
• If our organization or studio is reorganized or transferred, as part of that transfer.

Your choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
• Your information: you may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law.

Children

Our website and public events are intended for adults and guests ages 14 and older with a parent or guardian's permission where required. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. For youth programs, we collect information only from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as managing bookings, keeping business and tax records, and staying in touch with people who have asked to hear from us, and then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our website links to other sites, such as Eventbrite, Momence, Instagram, and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
